Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients through secure video calls to identify immediate concerns and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide structured individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions that accommodate diverse needs and various mental health conditions.

• Utilize virtual tools to perform mental health screenings and recognize patterns that influence client behavior, enabling informed decision-making regarding treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
