Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, aimed at improving their mental health and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, thoroughly screened before booking sessions with you. This ensures a focus on manageable cases, allowing you to provide effective support without the challenges of severe mental health issues. Clients will be matched with you based on your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring a better therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Must be fully licensed in Massachusetts as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

  No limited/provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions will be accepted.

  Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care are essential.

  Computer literacy is necessary to utilize our telehealth platform and maintain case records efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Experience with telehealth service delivery will be beneficial but is not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to help you navigate our systems successfully.
