Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s background.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and implement integrated care plans for optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate and engage clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing them with tools and resources to support their loved ones' mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adolescents and young adults who seek support for various mental health challenges. Patients are pre-screened and have low acuity needs, enabling counselors to concentrate on effective therapeutic techniques without the additional stress of high-risk cases. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
