Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Example tasks include creating pre-crisis and crisis care plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based tools for screening and evaluations to provide the best care possible.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that align with clients' recovery goals.

• Engage in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes to maintain professional standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, ensuring a well-rounded support network for clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various agencies to promote our programs and identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings, enhancing your own skills and representing our clinic in the community.

• Advocate for the mission, values, and philosophy of Brightside Mental Health Clinic in every interaction.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
