This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and treatment goals of clients dealing with substance use disorders.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of patients, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, creating a safe environment where patients feel empowered to discuss their challenges and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with substance use disorders. You will empower them through each stage of recovery, from initial assessment through ongoing therapeutic sessions, while ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and support systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• At least one year of professional experience working in mental health or substance use disorder settings.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment options.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrating a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to care.

• Capable of maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A collaborative spirit, able to work as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this full-time role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, along with opportunities for bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
