Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including screening tools, to inform treatment decisions and ensure effective care delivery.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards while ensuring compliance with all licensing and accreditation processes.

• Facilitate effective communication with clients and their support systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of treatment goals and progress.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and support systems.

• Act as a liaison for clients, connecting them with state agencies and community partners for additional resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings focusing on mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with emotional disturbances, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the effects of acquired brain injuries. This role requires keen insight into each client’s unique challenges and the ability to tailor interventions to promote holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board is required.

• Proficient in maintaining clinical records, preparing detailed reports, and managing documentation effectively.

• Strong collaborative skills to foster teamwork within an interdisciplinary environment.

• Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and treatment plans clearly to clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
