Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in a virtual setting, facilitating open dialogue to establish rapport and trust while leveraging an interactive counseling approach.

• Deliver psychodynamic treatments for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, significant life transitions, existential crises, and family or relational issues.

• Employ mindfulness techniques and spiritual frameworks to enhance the depth of therapy and promote self-awareness and inner happiness among clients.

• Document client progress meticulously and maintain accurate records in compliance with telehealth regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, when necessary, to provide integrated care and improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on guiding clients from diverse backgrounds through various mental health challenges. We encourage you to apply a culturally competent approach in therapy, recognizing each client's unique experiences and needs. Our patient population ranges from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to those navigating complex relational issues, ensuring a varied and dynamic caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• At least two years of experience as a mental health counselor in a similar telehealth or counseling environment.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and related technologies to deliver effective client treatment.

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and foster therapeutic alliances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
