Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological statuses and identify their needs for tailored treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in performing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans adapted to client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and professional colleagues.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards in practice.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related technological tools necessary for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy services to a variety of client populations.
