Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults struggling with substance use disorders who are seeking recovery support. Clients often come from diverse backgrounds, presenting with various degrees of addiction severity. You will tailor your approach, ensuring culturally sensitive and individualized treatment that respects each patient’s story and personal context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundational knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a recovery-oriented care philosophy.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish a trusting and empathetic connection with clients.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications used to assist in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
