Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake diagnostic assessments to evaluate client needs, including Crisis Planning and Treatment Planning.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and diversion techniques to manage clients in acute situations effectively.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct follow-up assessments, refining treatment approaches as necessary.
\n
• Work collaboratively with clients’ families and other stakeholders to monitor treatment progress and make adjustments as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records using Electronic Health Records (EHR), ensuring compliance with all HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on client care strategies.
\n
• Provide case management and resource linkage to assist clients in navigating additional supports and services.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, conferences, and workshops.
\n
• Oversee the supervision of junior therapists and interns, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a human services-related field.

• Current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LICSW in the District of Columbia.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong time management skills, capable of meeting productivity goals and deadlines.

• Ability to pass background checks required for employment (DC & FBI).

Compensation and Benefits\n
