Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, setting a strong foundation for treatment.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals, cultural backgrounds, and preferences.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Guide clients in exploring coping strategies and improve their skills for managing symptoms effectively, through skills training and therapeutic exercises.

• Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards for privacy and documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including regular supervision and case consultations, to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and independent license in one of the following areas is essential: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, as issued by the state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

An ideal candidate will have prior experience in telehealth services and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities that enhance client care. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of treatment approaches for various mental health conditions will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Beacon of Hope Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
