Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root causes of clients' mental health challenges, which will inform the personalized approaches for effective treatment.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder specialists for additional evaluations when necessary.

• Provide tailored recommendations and therapeutic solutions to clients dealing with issues such as self-esteem deficits, familial discord, addiction struggles, and suicidal thoughts.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment responses, and progress, analyzing data to adapt therapeutic methods as needed.

• Engage and collaborate with clients' family members to monitor changes in behavior and responses to treatment, ensuring a holistic support system is in place.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele who may be facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and acute psychological distress. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, influenced by caseload and experience.
