Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, using a client-centered approach.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to recovery.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process to strengthen support systems and enhance recovery outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Our focus is on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom also present with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and knowledge of integrated care models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
