Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual and co-occurring disorders, ensuring each client’s unique treatment needs are met.

• Create and execute personalized evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the client’s personal goals and challenges, implementing therapeutic modalities that best suit their needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing issues related to addiction, trauma, and mental health, using techniques that promote vulnerability and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
