Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of diverse backgrounds and needs utilizing secure telehealth technology.

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' challenges, strengths, and treatment goals. This includes developing rapport and trust in a remote environment.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that target the specific issues outlined during assessments, adapting strategies as needed for optimal client engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and local community organizations to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. Our clients range from those experiencing anxiety and depression to families seeking strategies for better communication and relationship building. This role requires adaptability and a strong commitment to understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current, full license to practice independently in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.

• Skills in making professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on client needs.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients, fostering a safe environment for exploration.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate regularly with colleagues to promote comprehensive patient care.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
