Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and treatment options, fostering an understanding of self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to deliver integrated care that meets the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Serene Healthcare System, you will work closely with clients facing various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your expertise will also support vulnerable populations, such as those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
