Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing relaxation, and improving overall emotional health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients, including understanding their unique stressors and mental health goals, to create tailored mindfulness strategies that resonate with their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness techniques, such as meditation, breathing exercises, and self-reflection, helping clients cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead group workshops and mindfulness classes focused on stress management and resilience-building strategies, promoting community engagement and support.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare experts to develop an integrated treatment approach that combines traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness practices.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, outcomes, mindfulness interventions used, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: Must possess current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
