Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat in accordance with scheduled appointments, always creating a safe and confidential space for clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Healing Renewal, you will be primarily working with adults who are seeking psychological support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Strong communication skills and an empathetic nature are essential for engaging effectively with clients.

• Proficient computer skills are required, as you will be utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions and client management.
