This position is designed to be entirely remote , allowing therapists to operate from the comfort of their homes in Gresham, Oregon, or anywhere with a suitable internet connection. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, employing a compassionate and ethical approach.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to tailor individual therapy plans.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate client self-exploration to uncover insights regarding their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and equipping clients with practical coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. The focus of your services will be on helping these clients navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life through supportive counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold one of the following active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.

• No history of disciplinary actions or license restrictions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and strong communication abilities.
\n
• Proficient in modern technology and digital platforms to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, providing you with a solid foundation in therapeutic practices. Experience working with adults dealing with similar mental health challenges is a plus, as it will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually , which corresponds with your experience and the number of hours you choose to work. In addition, we offer a lucrative sign-on bonus for new hires, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees, and weekly direct deposit for convenience.
