Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, developing clear clinical diagnoses that guide your therapeutic approach.

• Create individualized treatment plans that consider the client's unique needs, therapeutic goals, and evidence-based techniques in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

• Deliver therapy sessions—individually, in groups, or with families—tailoring each session to the clients’ evolving circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, assisting clients who are in urgent need of mental health care during acute episodes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, documenting treatment progress, assessments, and outcome measures in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to elevate client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continuous professional development—attending workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Presence of Mind Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disorders. You will have the opportunity to apply a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each client's specific needs, making a significant impact on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist - LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.

• Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
