We encourage a balanced work-life dynamic, with a regular work schedule Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alongside occasional evening and weekend responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Blue Sphere, your daily tasks and responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status to accurately evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique therapeutic needs and personal goals.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate treatment and recovery.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families, fostering understanding of mood disorders and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Carefully monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment related to mood disorders.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating actively in case consultations and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic practices and skill sets.

• Advocating for clients, working to de-stigmatize mood disorders, and promoting mental health awareness in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our clients vary in background, age, and treatment history, making your empathy and adaptability critical to delivering personalized care. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blue Sphere Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
