Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate counseling sessions for individual clients via video chat.

Your client population will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please indicate your license and the state in which you are licensed in your application.

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating strong judgement and ethical practice.

• No past disciplinary actions on your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Mastery Counseling, LLC offers highly competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, determined by your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
