This fully remote role takes advantage of telehealth technology, allowing therapists to connect with clients across Oregon. As a part of our dynamic and supportive virtual environment, you'll enjoy flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining structured clinical hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While our remote setting promotes independence, it also emphasizes the importance of collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Stone Point, you will:

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision to continuously improve therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
