Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Three years of relevant experience providing direct mental health services, demonstrating independent clinical practice.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on creating a supportive and safe environment for clients.

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently, including client scheduling and documentation responsibilities.

• No disciplinary actions or complaints against your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year for full-time counselors, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
