Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapy goals. Customize mindfulness practices in response to these assessments.

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to foster relaxation and emotional stability in clients.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building, and stress management techniques, encouraging peer interaction to foster community healing.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment efficacy, and adjustments to therapy plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular self-reflection and maintain personal mindfulness practice to enhance your therapeutic skills and manage your own well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our clients seek therapy for various reasons, from navigating life transitions to managing chronic stress. By utilizing a strengths-based approach within a mindfulness framework, you will support their journey towards mental well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundation in mindfulness practices, with proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the creation of a calming and supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness-based interventions is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working within a remote telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
