Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health status accurately, identifying their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By establishing a trusting and empathetic rapport, you will help clients to identify and work toward their therapeutic goals. Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, encouraging therapists to adapt their approaches to meet unique cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor when supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseload and documentation.

• No history of disciplinary actions recorded by professional boards.
