Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions through secure online platforms, adapting interventions to meet each client’s unique preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring ongoing support is provided throughout their journey.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or solution-focused approaches, based on clients’ individual needs.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress to inform future treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your ability to engage and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds will be crucial in helping them navigate their difficulties and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, critical for establishing rapport with clients and creating a safe therapeutic environment.

• Empathy, cultural awareness, and patience to understand and help clients through their challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a remote therapist role or working within a telehealth framework is highly desirable.
