Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients using established protocols and best practice methodologies to determine individual mental health concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on the assessments, identifying therapeutic goals in partnership with clients to facilitate their growth and well-being.

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently while attending to administrative responsibilities.
