Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to ascertain clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and overall treatment requirements, enabling tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Design individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and other relevant methodologies.

• Lead and facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions that encourage personal expression, resilience building, and empowerment of clients.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and case managers to integrate services and ensure comprehensive treatment pathways for clients.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering an understanding of the recovery process and encouraging their involvement in the healing journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Your work will involve a diverse client population comprised of individuals confronting substance abuse challenges alongside mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and associated mental health disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling capabilities, with an emphasis on rapport-building and client motivation throughout recovery.
