Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Performing comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate client needs and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on assessment outcomes while incorporating client feedback and goals.

• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Documenting therapy sessions and client progress accurately to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse alongside mental health disorders. You will provide support to various client demographics, including adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and work within families and groups to address relational dynamics that contribute to mental health struggles. You will play a crucial role in their recovery paths, helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the ethical practices of mental health counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance your application:

• Experience in a clinical outpatient setting dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a substantial salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
