Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth to connect with clients. You will be equipped with the necessary technology to conduct virtual sessions effectively. Our team culture emphasizes flexibility and adaptability, ensuring that all staff members can thrive while meeting the unique scheduling needs of our clients. Typically, we operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on the patient’s needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices alongside solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions via telehealth, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client goals.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance collaborative support for clients and refine therapeutic approaches.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health research and methodologies to continuously improve service delivery.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential for this role.
