Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health needs are met.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing safety plans and relapse prevention strategies as necessary.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and destigmatization efforts within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
