Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct online therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' needs and therapeutic goals, adapting as necessary based on ongoing assessments and client feedback. \n
- Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-supported techniques to facilitate positive change in clients' mental health. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on relevant research and best practices in mental health. \n
Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to adult clients who may be facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other related issues. The individuals you will work with often seek support to navigate life's complexities and improve their emotional well-being. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university. \n
- An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in delivering clinical psychotherapy to adult populations. \n
- Strong writing skills for effective session documentation and reporting. \n
- A clean disciplinary record with no actions from a licensing board. \n

- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based treatment practices. \n
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. \n
- Experience in a remote or telehealth counseling setting. \n
The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for new hires.
