Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the formulation of personalized and actionable treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique therapeutic goals, utilizing techniques rooted in evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
