Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health at the beginning of therapy, utilizing established diagnostic criteria and evidence-based methods.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering clients the tools and strategies they need to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals facing a range of issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will be equipped to address both common and complex cases, emphasizing a holistic approach that respects each client’s unique cultural framework and lived experience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a breadth of exposure to various patient demographics and therapeutic approaches.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and team members.
\n
• Competent in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies for maintaining accurate client records and communication.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, with a proven track record of engagement and positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
