As a remote position within our community health clinic, you will benefit from a flexible work setting that allows you to prioritize both your personal and professional life. Your working hours will generally be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather crucial information about patients' trauma histories and establish suitable treatment pathways.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities specific to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, allowing patients to process their trauma and learn effective coping strategies to foster healing.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to promote resilience and recovery.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention support in trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate and effective assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and validated licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
