Work Environment\n

This position provides the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home. Our work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each client’s trauma history and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans focused on recovery, resilience-building, and emotional healing tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address trauma symptoms.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at facilitating trauma processing, coping strategies development, and emotional support.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe and responsive environment for patients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, adaptive coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure a high quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
