Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and utilize symptom self-assessments to monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.

• Document clinical notes in real-time through our streamlined therapist portal, allowing for efficient and effective patient management and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team to access mentorship and consultation, ensuring high-quality clinical care and professional development.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the DSM V, crafting tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy tailored to each client’s needs during video sessions.

• Work alongside psychiatric providers to enhance comprehensive treatment strategies and develop a cohesive care experience for clients.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, offering evidence-based care to a diverse adult population with various emotional and psychological challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving adults from various backgrounds who are navigating emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
