Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate mental health statuses and develop tailored treatment plans that address trauma, anxiety, depression, and various disorders.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment for clients displaying a spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to foster emotional regulation, personal growth, and resilience in coping strategies.

• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams, consisting of healthcare providers and social work professionals, to coordinate care and devise holistic support strategies for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to contribute insights on comprehensive client care and stay abreast of current best practices in mental health.

In this role, you will engage actively with clients facing end-of-life challenges within the hospice center. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A deep understanding of evidence-based treatments, trauma-informed care approaches, and mental health regulations is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with excellent judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
