Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload, establishing rapport and forming trusting relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, assess stability, and plan for potential discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client's specific needs.
\n
• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans consistently to ensure compliance with mental health regulations.
\n
• Lead intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs effectively.
\n
• Deliver weekly individual therapy sessions and adjust approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to support continuous professional growth and clinical excellence.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and new therapeutic methods to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise in providing individual therapy will impact these clients' lives positively, helping them navigate their struggles in a safe and supportive environment. Our focus is on ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and understood during their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families from various backgrounds.

• Comfort with conducting comprehensive intake assessments.
\n
• A track record of successful case management and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise. Our fee-for-service model guarantees payment in advance of collections, eliminating delays associated with reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
