Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's situation.

• Provide one-on-one therapy to adult clients using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Serve as a crisis intervention specialist when necessary, offering immediate support and strategies to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
