Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload, establishing meaningful rapport and professional relationships with clients to support their mental health journeys.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment adjustments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and facilitate counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual therapy needs.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to design and execute integrated treatment strategies that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients including adults, children, and families who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting working with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including spreadsheets, electronic health records (EHR), and various clinical management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
