Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential duties, including but not limited to:

• Delivering direct psychotherapy services to children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions within our electronic health record system.

• Participating in case reviews and team meetings to align treatment goals and share insights on patient outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to best meet client needs.

• Providing psychoeducation and resources to families to foster understanding and cooperation in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
