Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health challenges, employing person-centered and evidence-based practices.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions that empower clients and their families with strategies and knowledge for managing mental health conditions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to foster a collaborative, cohesive work environment, continuously seeking feedback and professional development opportunities.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and provide valuable resources to underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will work directly with individuals experiencing depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and various emotional disturbances. Your commitment to providing culturally competent care will be essential in fostering trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active State Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, with demonstrated success in working with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
