Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in meaningful therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting therapeutic strategies based on each client's progress and feedback.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal regulations, and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying updated with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
