Key Responsibilities\n

• Consistently provide therapy and counseling sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that identify client needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized care plans.

• Engage in case management by obtaining client information, identifying problems, and linking clients and their families to appropriate community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses who experience various mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their struggles and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active license to practice in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
