Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities critical to patient care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and behavioral health, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing individual therapy sessions.

• Engaging in ongoing communication with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to relay essential information regarding client progress and ongoing needs.

• Documenting all clinical interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical notes in accordance with state regulations and clinic policy.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical moments.

• Consulting with clients’ family members and support systems to facilitate collaborative treatment planning and effective discharge processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential for this position.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience providing mental health services in clinical settings is required for this role.
