Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to understand clients' unique mental health needs, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices to engage clients effectively and promote therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses all facets of clients' mental health issues.

• Educate and guide clients’ families, empowering them to actively participate in the recovery process which enhances overall outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.

• Ability to apply evidence-based practices in the assessment and treatment of various mental health disorders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration within a treatment team and rapport with clients.

• Offer a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
