Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, enabling the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute psychological distress, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical documentation of treatment plans and progress notes.

• Actively participate in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care solutions.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, becoming an advocate for their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) in the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
