Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance. However, our outpatient office in Las Vegas serves as a hub for team collaboration and occasional face-to-face patient interactions. The center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to determine their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on treating children and adolescents, ages 5 to 17, who exhibit varying degrees of mental health challenges. These may include, but are not limited to, symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral concerns. As a therapist, you will play an integral role in their development and rehabilitation, guiding them through their unique journeys towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Thorough understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate and child-centered approach.

• Strong capacity to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
